Dive Brief & Gear Info

Before we splash, we'll spend time going over your comfort level and any specific things you want to see or work on during the dive. New to scuba? We'll focus on basic skills like buoyancy control and getting comfortable breathing underwater – it's amazing how quickly most people adapt. Got some experience under your weight belt? We can explore more advanced techniques like underwater photography positioning or navigation skills. All our gear is professional-grade stuff that gets checked and maintained constantly. Your mask, fins, and snorkel are sanitized between every use, and we've got different sizes and styles to make sure everything fits properly. We use dive computers on every dive so you can track your depth, dive time, and safety stops – plus it's pretty cool to see all your dive stats afterward. Marine Life You'll See

Angelfish are another crowd favorite, especially the larger species like queen angels and gray angels that can reach dinner-plate size. These fish have serious personality and will often approach divers out of curiosity. They're year-round residents, but they're most active and colorful during the warmer months when they're breeding. The juveniles look completely different from adults, which always surprises new divers. Nassau grouper are the gentle giants of the reef – these chunky fish can weigh 50 pounds or more, but they're completely harmless filter feeders. They tend to hover around cleaning stations where smaller fish pick parasites off their scales. It's like an underwater car wash, and grouper will patiently wait their turn. They're most common during late summer and fall when water temperatures peak.
